Yes, Qoob’s user permission system lets you give limited access to any number of users you want to. You can give restricted permissions to each additional user where they can only see the data of assigned debtors.

Yes! You can by exporting all party reports from reports section & then go to the new companies utility & download sample file & make sure your party details are fed based on the sample file and select the new file and restore it.

Go to the expenses section and click on add expense. You'll get a GST option on top. Turn on the option and you'll get fields to enter GST information for your expense. This will automatically start reflecting on the GST report

Closing stock is exclusive of tax now. Only in case of a composition dealer, the stock will be inclusive of tax since he will not be able to avail ITC on his purchases.

Yes, you can! To reset your invoice number & other transactions, click on “Close Financial Year” from utilities.

You can select a Financial Year from the Main Menu Drop Down for selecting the data filter that needs to be applied on screen. That point onwards all data would be filtered for the financial year selected.
